Audits, Reviews and Compilations
We view our role in the financial reporting process as an opportunity to provide constructive solutions for maximizing your company's profitability and efficiency. We provide the following attest services:
Audit - The objective of an audit is to provide an independent opinion as to whether the financial statements are presented in all material respects in accordance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. An audit may also include a review of internal controls.
Review - A review consists primarily of inquiries and applying analytical procedures. It is substantially less in scope than an audit conducted in accordance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Compilation - based upon client information and used primarily for internal use. This level of service still provides a full set of financial statements and is conducted in accordance with the statement on standards for accounting and review services (SSARS).
Our attest services are performed in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) or Statements on Standards for Accounting and Review Services (SSARS), as required by the engagement.
We are always subject to a CPA Peer Review of any of our attest services in accordance with rules governing the accounting profession.
